Delete Your Account

Karoosa — Kishi Consulting

You can request deletion of your Karoosa account and all associated data by contacting us directly. We will process your request within 30 days.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to kishiconsulting.io@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: "Karoosa Account Deletion Request"
3. Include the email address associated with your Karoosa account
4. We will confirm deletion within 30 days

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and profile information (name, email)
• All trips, budgets, and itineraries
• All expenses and receipts
• All saved spots and bookmarks
• All feedback submitted

What May Be Retained

• Anonymous, non-identifiable usage data for app improvement
• Data required by law to be retained for a specific period

Partial Data Deletion

If you would like to delete only specific data (such as individual trips or expenses) without deleting your entire account, you can do so directly within the Karoosa app, or contact us at the email above with your specific request.
